How we charge
We only charge for extractions that return data.
Extraction
Every extraction that returns data costs 1 credit on the standard engines. A refused request, or one no engine could answer, is free.
The fast engine
A request can ask for the fast engine: it costs 1.8 credits when it answers. If it cannot answer, a standard engine answers for 1 credit.
An image outside our standard
An image outside our size standard is refused at no cost, or resized on our side for 1 credit more when the request uses resizeImage: true.
Billing questions
In what order are credits used?
First the plan's credits for the month; then purchased or granted credits, oldest first.
Do a plan's credits carry over to the next month?
No. Each month the plan brings the month's credits again, and what is left does not add up. On an annual plan too: the credits come month by month.
Do purchased credits expire?
Yes, 12 months after the purchase.
How do I buy extra credits?
In the dashboard, whenever you want, at your plan's extra credit price. An account without a plan can buy credits too, at the standard price.
Can I change plans?
Yes, in the dashboard. When you move up a plan, you get the month's difference in credits right away.
